Prompt appointment for sick pup and prompt callback from vet for other dog who developed same illness. Waited a bit for vet after scheduled appointment time in room but appreciated next day appointment for sick pup so didn’t mind wait. My only issue with practice is they cannot seem to get my dogs’ information on the app for future reference after more than once asking office manager for help.

We are so happy to find such a caring vet for Dino. Everyone at the office has been wonderful.

Absolutely pleased with this vet and would recommend to anyone that wants top notch up front honesty with their fur babies.... Switched to this vet after years of going somewhere else with our little Sadie girl(13 year old 4lb teacup Yorkie) the staff was amazing as well as the Dr's and has given us more time with our little girl. Thank You to all that helped in the process and especially Dr. Ruble he was very helpful in the care of our little one!!

Dr.Rubel and team are exceptional. We started going with our sick dog and they have exceeded our expectations and made a tough time easier with how much care they pour into each animal and support they give their humans. I can not recommend this vet and group of staff more. Thank you for taking care of Jack as he was your own. 🖤🐾

Any time the subject of pet care and/or vets comes up in conversation I am quick to let people know that I put my full trust and endorsement behind Middlesex vet. They treat me and my 4 cats with great respect and it is thanks in big part to them that my cats have the quality of life that they do. The thing I've hated most about vets I've used in the past is that they would make me feel guilty if my pet was 100% and needed care. The staff at Middlesex has never done that. They know that people aren't perfect but at the end of the day I love my babies and do everything in my power to give them the best lives. As long as I live in the area my kids will continue to be seen at Middlesex.

My appointment was on time. The vet was very thorough. Answered all of my questions.
