Took my cat here twice for injuries, Dr Ruble was extremely rude and condescending. Addressed the problem, but the experience was very degrading and unpleasant. Vet techs were helpful and cheerful however due to the poor customer service from the vet himself I will not be returning.

The vet is very intelligent and finds the problem immediately and does everything possible to solve it!

I love Middlesex. They always treat my cat's like the royalty they are and I feel safe knowing they have my cat's best interest in mind.

Atentative and helpful

I cannot say enough good things about this Vet. Dr Ruble and all the staff are amazing. I am always able to get an appointment when needed, the prices are reasonable and they are very kind and gentle with my cats. They can do blood work and x-rays in house which is really helpful. The staff always have time to answer any question I have and ensure my pets get the best care. I would highly recommend them.

Edit : original review left below. Update-Place has changed ALOT in 3 years! Our initial vet, we loved, she left with no notice. Since we have had 3 different vets at this establishment and feel the personalized care has been on a consistent downward spiral. Place has seemed to of gone very generic in treatments. My dog was having some gut issues, the medications they gave him did nothing and were reluctant when I said treat him just as DR. Rebecca (the vet that sold us on this place) did the last time he had this problem. Place is more expensive then any other vet, but was justified. On the journey to find another vet again, as this establishment was sold and went corporate! Wanted my dog on pain meds for his arthritis, meanwhile the supplements have been doing my 12.5 sheperd/confound wonders! Have to order my flea treatments as they no longer carry them in store. I find a distributor who offers roughly 30% off on one treatment that I buy 3 of every 3 months! Today I was told they will no longer verify my prescriptions if it isn't through their site. Was told I would be provided a copy to skip the verification through them. I went through many vets to find a place I actually liked, unfortunately, it's time to journey again. This goes to show how something truly wonderful can turn 180° Original-Love this place! They took myself, my dog, and 3 cats on as new clients during covid. There prices are slightly higher then average, but worth it for the care you receive! It honestly feels that this business takes pride in what they do and will continue to earn my business as long as I have pets! Far superior to any other vet we have visited! I shopped around and this is where the search ended.
